You can get any of these quests apart from the ones you have already completed. The one I have now is 'build a cultural and a goods EMA buildings'. Next one also demanded to build something Early Middle Ages. And yes, I know they're hidden rewards, but everything including the Halloween quest solutions get spoiled here. I want to know if the rewards are any good.
